● Established in 1996, Eurohold became a major non-banking financial services company with a portfolio consisting in three complementary segments – insurance, auto leasing and auto dealer

●  The Group has over 1 million insured clients and a total of over 2,000 employees on the markets where it operates, with revenues estimated at EUR 210M in 2011

● The Group’s strategy for the upcoming 3-5 years is to become the largest insurance group in the region, increasing its market share from the current 5% to 8-10% in the Southeastern Balkans (Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey)

● The transaction of the Group’s shares on the WSE began on December 15, 2011, after the simultaneous execution of a secondary public offering and dual listing

● The listing process was performed in 3 months from launching, including the obtaining of approvals and registrations with the Bulgarian and Polish financial supervision authorities, KDPW (the Polish central depositary) and WSE
